Account & Data Deletion

How to request deletion
- In the app (fastest): Account → Manage account → Delete account. You confirm with your Google or Apple sign-in, and your account and data are deleted immediately.
- By email, if you no longer have the app: write to support@mustpas.com from the email linked to your account. After verifying it is you, we delete your account and data within 7 days.
Using the app as a guest? Go to Account → Manage account → Delete my data. It removes your progress from this phone and from our servers straight away.
What we delete
- Your Firebase Authentication account (email, display name)
- Your quiz attempts, scores, study sets, streaks, exam date and study plan
- Your saved preferences, such as reminder settings
What we retain
- Anonymous usage analytics, which are not linked to your account
- Crash reports, which are kept for up to 90 days and contain no answers or personal details
